Brigadieros

Ingredients:

2 tbsp salted butter
1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
chocolate jimmies

Instructions:

Melt the butter in a saucepan on medium low heat, then whisk in the condensed milk. Add the cocoa powder to a bowl and whisk in small amounts of hot water until cocoa is dissolved. Whisk the cocoa mixture into the condensed milk. Use a wooden spoon and mix for 15-20 minutes until the mixture thickens. The mixture is ready once you turn the wooden spoon upside down and the chocolate stick to the spoon for a couple of seconds. Scoop into a buttered bowl and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.

Place the sprinkles in a wide dish and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Coat your hands with butter and scoop up a tablespoon of fudge. Roll into a ball and roll in the sprinkles. Repeat until all the fudge is used up.
