Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garlic paste
1/2 tbsp ginger paste
2 green chilies, chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp tumeric powder
2 cups chopped spinach
2 cups chopped mustard greens
1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
2 tbsp heavy cream
Salt to taste
2 cups paneer, cut into 1 inch cubes
Instructions:
Heat up 1 tsp of oil in a pan on medium heat, then add the butter. Add the garlic and ginger paste and saute until fragrant. Saute the chili powder, coriander, turmeric as well afterwards until fragrant, then add the onion. Cook onion until translucent and season with salt. Mix in the tomatoes and cover and cook until broken down and pasty.
In a separate pan, heat it up on medium heat and add a tsp of oil and saute the paneer cubes. Flip and brown on the other side and set aside.
Add the spinach and mustard greens in the tomato mixture and cook until leaves are completely cooked. Mix in fenugreek and heavy cream and thicken. Add the paneer and mix well. Serve immediately.
