Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Sundae

Ingredients:

Peanut Butter Sauce:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Hot Fudge:
8 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

12 Reese’s peanut butter cups
3 pints chcolate ice cream
Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions:

Peanut butter sauce: Heat up a saucepan and stir in the cream, sugar, butter and salt on medium heat. Dissolve and continue to cook while stirring until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat and let cool until just warm. Stir in vanilla and peanut butter until smooth.

Hot Fudge: Heat up a saucepan and stir in the chocolate, corn syrup, water, sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and salt on medium ow heat until melted. Turn up to medium heat and bring to a low boil and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in vanilla off heat and let cool a little.

Assemble chocolate ice cream with chopped reeses cups, sauces and whipped cream.
