Jalapeno Popper Hot Dogs

12 large jalapenos
6-8 slices american cheese
4 hot dogs, not the plump kind, cut in half lengthwise
4 hot dog buns
Mustard and condiments

Heat up a grill pan on medium high heat. Cut off the tops and bottoms of the jalapenos and dig out seeds and ribs with a paring knife.

Break cheese into rectangles as wide as the hot dogs, then put on one half of the hot dogs and reform into one hotdog with the other half. Stuff the hotdogs into the jalapenos.

Cook the hot dogs until jalapeno is grilled and pull off when cheese is melting. Heat buns alongside. Serve with mustard.
