Spicy Grilled Shrimp



1 clove garlic
1 tbsp course salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 wedges of lemon, for serving


Preheat grill pan on medium high heat until hot.

Crush garlic  with salt, then add the cayenne pepper, paprika, olive oil, and lemon juice.  Form a paste, then toss with shrimp. Oil pan, then cook shrimp  for 2-3 minutes per side, or until opaque. Transfer to serving dish and garnish with lemon.
