1 head broccoli
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup of pine nuts or slivered almonds
1 tsp chili flakes
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp salt
Chop broccoli and slice garlic. Heat a pan on medium heat and add olive oil to the pan. Add nuts and garlic and toast until lightly browned. Toss in chili flakes.
Add broccoli and saute on high heat for 2-3 minutes or until broccoli is bright green and slightly softened.
Transfer broccoli in a mixing bowl and add lemon juice and stir together. Serve
