Gingerbread Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 egg
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup molasses
3 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, and cinnamon in a bowl.

In a larger bowl, beat the egg and milk together, then add the molasses and oil. Add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture  until just barely combined.

Pour a quarter cup of batter for each pancake on a preheated pan. Cook on the first side until batter is full of bubbles on the surface. Flip pancake and cook until second side is lightly browned.

Serve.
