Lamb Artichoke Pizza

1 small can tomato paste
1 small can tomato sauce
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp onion powder
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt

Dough: ( I did not try this)
1 cup warm water, (about 110F)
2 tsp active dry yeast
2 1/2 cup bread flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt

1 lb ground lamb
2 jars artichoke hearts
1 bunch green onions
Goat cheese, crumbled

Mix all sauce ingredients together and set aside for later use.

For dough, combine water and dry yeast, then let sit for at least 5 minutes, or until foamy. Add in bread flour, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley and salt and mix well. Knead to form a dough and add to a oiled or nonstick sprayed bowl. Let rise in a unheated oven with the light on for 1 hour. Divide dough in half and roll out into two pizzas, size depending on pans.

Drain artichoke hears and peel off outer layers, then cut into pieces. Chop and separate white and green parts of green onions. Saute the white parts on medium heat until soft, then add in the ground lamb. Cook until no longer  pink and drain excess fat.

Divide ingredients between two pizzas. First add the sauce, then lamb, artichoke and top with green onions and goat cheese.

Bake at 425F for 20 minutes.
