Frozen pizza dough, thawed
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups chocolate chips
1+1 cup mini marshmallows
4 chocolate bars
1 sleeve graham crackers, crumbled
Melted butter, for brushing crust
Make sure to completely thaw out frozen pizza before starting! Roll out dough in about a 10 inch round. Preheat oven to 400F.
Heat up the cream in a medium saucepan on medium low heat. Make sure to not let boil. Add in the chocolate chips and mix well until smooth. Let cool nearly completely. Add in the mini marshmallows and mix.
Form balls of chocolate mix on the outside of the dough so that you will have enough room to fold over to create a stuffed crust. Fold over and crimp to make sure it stays together. Cover bottom of crust with chocolate bar squares, then top with crushed graham crackers and cover with mini marshmallows. Brush melted butter on the crust to help with browning. Bake until crust gets golden brown, about 20-30 minutes. Let cool for a couple minutes and top with anything delicious.
