Egg Roll Stirfry

Ingredients:

1 lb ground pork
1 onion, diced
1 small head of cabbage, shredded
3 carrots
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1/2 tsp black pepper, or more to taste
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions:

Heat up a large enough skillet to hold all the cabbage. on medium high heat Brown ground pork with onions together until meat is cooked through. Do not drain.

Shred cabbage by cutting in half lengthwise, then slicing into strips and dice carrots small. Set aside. Combine the garlic, ginger, pepper, sesame oil, vegetable oil and soy sauce. Whisk together well and set aside.

Add in the cabbage and carrots mix to the ground pork and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until slightly softened Add sauce mix and stir well. Reduce heat to medium and cook until softened. Season to taste and serve.
