1 lb baby potatoes
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Wash and dry potatoes and cut off any damaged or bad spots.
Heat up a 10-12 inch skillet on medium with the vegetable oil. Add the potatoes, then cover and cook them for 20 minutes or until fully cooked. Shake the pan back and forth to move the potatoes in the skillet every 5 minutes to prevent burning and allow even cooking.
Turn the heat to low and add the soy sauce, honey, and garlic. Stir together and then up the heat back to medium. Cook while stirring for 4-5 minutes or until sauce is reduced and potatoes look glazed and wrinkled.
Remove from heat and mix together with the sesame oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
