Beef Bulgogi

Ingredients:

1 lb steak, like strip steak, sliced very thinly
5 tbsp soy sauce
2 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
2 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions:

Combine all sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Place sliced beef in a baking dish and pour sauce mixture over beef. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Grill or use a very hot cast iron pan with oil and cook until charred on the outside and cooked through, about 1-2 minutes per side.
