Parmesan Baked French Fries

Ingredients:

4 russet potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp herbes de provence
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425.

Cut potatoes into quarters and then cut into thin strips. Toss with olive oil, and spices.

Line 2 cookie sheets with foil and and arrange fries in a single layer without overlapping much. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake in the oven for 30-40+ minutes, or until golden brown, crispy, and cooked through.
