Slow Cooker Chili

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 lb pork sausage
4 oz bacon
2 15 oz can chili beans, undrained
1 15 oz can black beans, drain and rinsed
3 10 oz cans ro tel tomatoes
1 12 oz can beer
1 onion, minced
1/4 cup chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried basil
3/4 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste

Instructions:

Cook ground beef and pork on medium heat, until browned. Drain and set aside.

Mix meat and all ingredients to a slow cooker and cover. Cook on low heat for 5-6 hours.

Serve with sour cream, jalapenos and cheese.
