Chickpea Salad with Lemon, Parmesan, and Fresh Herbs

Ingredients:

1 15 oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
2 tbsp Italian parsley, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, grated
1/3 cup packed Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Combine chickpeas, basil, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic. Add parmesan  and toss to combine throughly.  Season  with salt and pepper to taste.
