3 cups caramel ice cream
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
Combine ice cream, cocoa powder, milk, peanut butter in a blender. Pulse a little to break up ice cream. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Drizzle caramel on the inside of two glasses. Divide milkshake and top with whipped cream and peanuts.
