1 tbsp butter
3 1/2 cups loosely packed spinach leaves, coarsely chopped
1 cup artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
4 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
6 oz crab meat, fresh or canned
Preheat oven to 350F.
Melt butter in a skillet on medium heat. Add spinach and cook until wilted and transfer to a mixing bowl.
Add artichoke hearts, cream cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan and crab meat. Stir well to combine.
Butter a casserole dish, add mixture and bake 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and stir/ sprinkle with leftover Parmesan. Turn on broiler and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes or until top is browned and bubbly.
Cool slightly and serve.
