1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp espresso powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup stout beer
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
3/4 cup dark chocolate, melted
Preheat oven to 325, prepare a greased 8×8 baking dish.
Add melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, espresso powder and salt to a bowl and stir to combine. Add eggs and beer and stir until well combined.
Sprinkle with flour and stir until just combined and pour into the baking dish.
Bake for 32-35 minutes or until top is slightly firm to the touch. Allow to cool completely before adding topping.
Add the chopped strawberries and drizzle with melted chocolate. Let harden before cutting and serving.
