1 loaf sour dough bread
5 cloves garlic
1/3 cup parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Dice up garlic and parsley finely and combine with the olive oil in a bowl.
Heat up butter in a saucepan until melted. Add the garlic mixture to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Preheat oven to 375. cut 1 inch deep diagonal cuts along the loaf of bread, without cutting the entire way through. Drizzle the garlic butter into the bread, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese along the cuts.
Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and fold up the sides. Cover the top of the bread with a second sheet. Bake the bread for 10 minutes and remove the top foil. Allow to cook another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
