12 uncooked jumbo shells
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
t tbsp chopped basil
1 cup spaghetti sauce
Preheat oven to 350F.
Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook shells according to box’s instructions. Drain and cool.
Mix together ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, parmesan, salt, basil and egg in a large bowl.
Spread about 1/4 a cup of spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Stuff shells with the ricotta mixture and place close together. Top with sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and cook for and additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
