2 cups dry elbow macaroni pasta
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
crushed ritz crackers
Preheat oven to 400F. Spray an 8×8 pan with cooking spray.
Cook pasta according to instructions and drain.
Heat a medium saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour and cook 1 minute. Whisk in milk and cook until thickened. Stir in salt, pepper, mustard, onion powder, worcestershire and cheese. Keep stirring and cooking until cheese melts, then remove from heat.
Stir in the cooked pasta into the pot and pour in the pan. Top with crushed ritz crackers.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
