Garlic and Parmesan Roasted Red Potatoes



7 small red potatoes
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/8 cup grated Parmesan


Preheat oven to 375F

Cut up potatoes into quarters and place in a large bowl. Add olive oil, seasonings and Parmesan cheese. Toss until coated, add extra oil if needed.

Spread potatoes on a baking sheet lined with foil.

Bake in the oven for at least 45 minutes or until potatoes are soft and cooked through.
