1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 chicken breasts
salt and pepper, to taste
1/8 cup flour
1/2 tbsp sugar
Heat skillet to medium high, add olive oil and butter.
Season chicken with salt and pepper and dredge in flour. Shake off excess and cook in pan, only turning once and cooked through. Remove from pan and turn off heat.
Cut orange and lime in half. Cut orange into sections and juice other half. Juice half of the lime and reserve the other half. Pour the orange juice, lime juice and sugar into the pan used to cook the chicken on medium high . Cook until reduced by half.
Add orange pieces and reduce heat to low. Cook until thickened. Add chicken back to pan and cover it with sauce. Serve with cooked broccoli.
