1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves
2 Cups chicken broth
2 chopped tomatoes
½ cup heavy cream
8 oz pasta
Salt and pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
3 green onions
Heat up an oven safe skillet with oil. Cut sausages into slices and brown sausage.
Chop and add onion, garlic and tomatoes to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
Add heavy cream, broth, pasta and seasonings. Cook until boiling and turn down to low and cover. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until pasta is cooked.
Remove from heat, add ½ cup cheese and stir.
Top with remaining cheese and green onions and broil until browned and bubbly.
