Premade pie dough
8 slices of bacon
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper
¾ cup heavy cream
¼ cup milk
1 ½ cup cheddar
Preheat oven to 375
Unroll premade dough into a glass pan, prick with a fork. Take parchment paper and put on top of dough, add rice or beans to weigh it down. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Let cool when done.
Cook bacon until crispy and cook onions until golden color. Cool both when done.
Whisk heavy cream, eggs, and milk until mixed. Add bacon, onion, cheese and salt/pepper to taste. Pour in cooked pie crust.
Bake for an additional 30-40 minutes or until set in center. Cool and serve.
